What is counselling exactly?
It is a form of guidance that focuses on personal growth, insight, processing and finding direction, without medical treatment or psychotherapy. It is all about awareness: understanding what is going on inside you, why you are stuck, what your needs are, and how you can move forward from within yourself.
I will therefore guide you through personal, emotional or life-oriented issues. The goal is insight, awareness and change, but within a non-medical, non-diagnostic setting. I will help you to better understand yourself and make choices that fit your values, needs and inner processes.
I am not a doctor, psychologist or therapist and cannot perform miracles. However, we can work together to discover the bottlenecks and how you can obtain practical tools to walk your path in life with a fresh perspective or in a new direction.
